Yesterday, Miea followed
Mama to do some research in Kuala Selangor. After Mama was done, Miea
asked to play at the playground but the playground was not safe because
it was not yet completed. So, Mama promised to take her to a playground
near the house when we got home, after Maghrib prayers.
Once home, Mama totally forgot about the promise and went about Mama's business. After printing somethings at the printing shop, Mama asked Miea if she wanted dinner and she said, 'I want playground' and she looked squarely at both Mama and Daddy and said, 'You pwomised.'
So, we went to KFC playground where she managed to have her dinner and play at the same time. She was so happy that we fulfilled our promise that she ate all her dinner excitedly, played hard and came home, singing
Mama learned that no matter how busy Mama gets, a promise is a promise.
